I downloaded and paid for it and when I came up install, I get an error message that my phone is not compatible. I reach out to customer support and not only do they answer hours later, they tell me they won’t cancel the eSIM and refund my money when I ask. So not only does the eSIM not work but they keep my money and refuse to refund me. Then contacted them to get a refund for the esim that I did not use and they told me, you should have contacted us from the start so we can tell you that your phone can handle 2 esims at the same time and we cannot help you now and offer you a refund even if you are not using our esim. Such a bad way to treat the costumer that you turn saying that the costumer is wrong and you are not going to help them out.
