Will not allow you to reimagine anything. Makes it very hard to use this app. Something that can be easily fixed if they actually tested their app before uploading it. I never understand how such crappy interface ends up being used nowadays with the technology we have. Seems like no one tests stuff before they put it out to the public. It’s basic UI guys come on now ### 3/5 — Always shows “active under contract” listings *2024-06-04* Why? I’m looking for a house I can buy, don’t show “active under contract”. No 1.5+ bathroom filter. I want more than 1 but I don’t need 2 - a half-bath is fine. Otherwise than these 2 issues, I like the “smart” search features like near coffee shops. ### 5/5 — AI for Homebuyers has arrived. *2024-06-20* The FlyHomes real estate AI app and will change the home buying experience forever. It’s like having a conversation with an agent only you’re not committing yourself to paying a commission. With some thousand data points the buyer has immediate access to every bit of information a needed…schools, crime, political leanings, etc. Or a question can be as straightforward as, “Is this a good deal in this market.” Developed with funding from Sam Altman, the father of AI and ChatGTB, the FlyHomes AI app is far superior to anything out there. Zillow has been left on the dust. ### 5/5 — Next generation home search *2024-06-14* I have always been a Redfin guy, but this goes way beyond that. Or Zillow or anyone else. It’s pretty incredible the level of insights they have. Definitely will be my new go-to home search app. ### 5/5 — Game Changer *2024-06-14* This app is like having a real estate genie in your pocket! Seriously, the AI in this app allowed me to ask real questions I didn't know could be answered without a human. Searching is easy, but what's amazing is how much information you can get about every house. Things like cell phone coverage, proximity to electrical wires and road noise. All things I want to know before I buy! I haven't seen that in any other app. ### 5/5 — Differentiated home app *2024-02-08* Have used Zillow and Redfin for different reasons searching for homes…. But this app has novel data and cool AI features! ### 5/5 — Cool data, cool homes, easy to use *2023-01-29* Solid home searching app. There’s a lot of interesting, novel information it provides on homes/neighborhoods that you don’t find on other apps. The app has features built into it like driving street tours, neighborhood analytics, and even price predictions. You also get a ton of information including schools, transit, amenities nearby etc. Also includes a lot of info on financing as well.
