Every flight # I enter now receives the same message to save the flight number and when the info is available I’ll receive a notification. Leaving tips doesn’t seem to make a difference. **Developer response:** Hi, there was a problem with the turbulence data provider. We published an update last week that solved the issue. Hopefully this won't happen again since we've changed our provider. In any case, if something does not work in the app, just contact us using the contact option and we will help you sort things our. Paying tips in this case won't make any difference. In reading their terms of use it says "do not use this app if you have a fear of flying" So let me get this straight, an app called "flying calmly" says this? Defeats the purpose doesn't it? Before reading that I also purchased all of the bells and whistles of this app and unfortunately it isn't very informative in terms of the censors. There is nothing explaining what you are looking at so don't bother with that upgrade. Also not easy to navigate. This app just helps you fly more calmly and confident by knowing more about your flight beforehand and many of our users have told us so.
