I truly won’t fly internationally without it. I arrive feeling refreshed and ready for the day every time. My only complaint is the packaging. Considering you have to carry it around with you everywhere in the first few days and last day of your trip the packaging is bulky and cumbersome. I have used the junior for my kids and much prefer that packaging. The adult version is blister packs for each pill (everyday you’re taking upwards of 11 pills) so it’s a bit annoying to do that so many times per day. Add that you’re doing it for a couple and it gets very annoying. The kids version is little individual zipper pouches for each pill type. It takes up less space on your bag and is much easier to access or join packs together to get rid of excess waste. In any case the product is amazing but they need to consider an easier packaging. ### 1/5 — Absolute farce *2026-05-15* Do yourself a favor get a prescription for ambien for the first couple of your trip to reset your sleep cycle. This is an overpriced farce. Charging you exorbitant prices for excessive doses of vitamins along with this ridiculous app that gives you advice that is almost impossible to follow. ### 5/5 — Review *2025-11-30, version 1.31.0* For round trip Michigan to Rome and return, followed meticulously! Only recommendation would be to allow for last minute schedule changes due to flight cancelations and or delays. ### 5/5 — Flykitt works! *2025-11-10* Was flying from NY to Paris on a Thursday night for a long weekend, had to be back at work Monday morning. So I tried Flykitt to see if it could help. It worked, I had very little Jet lag in Paris (tired at the end of the first day because I hadn’t slept well on the plane), and was fine day two. Went back to work Monday with zero Jet lag. Having had such a great experience, I bought a refill for a second trip I just completed with a 7-hour time difference for a week. Had virtually no Jet lag at my destination or return. Just bought another refill for my next trip! ### 5/5 — Great product - highly recommend! *2025-10-15* I was skeptical due to the restrictive nature of eating during travel but it worked out well. There are a lot of supplements to take and the packaging is a bit challenging to deal with but we feel great with a 16 hr time difference so we’ll definitely use for our return trip and future trips. ### 5/5 — Outstanding product *2025-10-14* This was life changing!! I had no issues transitioning to the time difference on both ends of my trip. I always dread going back to work after any trip that involves more than an hour of time change, but this made everything so smooth. I do wish the events could be added to my iCalendar, but I was glad that the notifications popped up for me to see. ### 3/5 — Scheduling changes are an issue *2025-09-01* This isn’t a review of the system but of the app/schedule. My flight was delayed by 20 min and when I refreshed the schedule it added two doses of Mellow on the calendar to before the current time. So now I don’t know if that’s a bug or if I’m supposed to take the pills now. If it is real, they should be added to the current time not hours before. ### 1/5 — Useless in flight *2025-08-20* Apparent you need an internet or WiFi connection to use this. Well my 15 hour flight has neither. So that means, I am not able to use this? I tested it to see and the screen would not even load - just black. ### 5/5 — This works! *2025-04-26* Extremely impressed with FlyKitt. Solved my jet lag with an 8 hour time difference.
