Set what you want: preferred destinations, days off, or swaps with colleagues you trust. LUCIA matches you with compatible crew and sends swap requests you can review and respond to with ease.

Go further with Study revision quizzes, Network communities for crew posts and discussions, Bring to request items from travelers on upcoming trips, and Marketplace listings to buy and sell crew gear locally. Connect with friends, see shared schedule info, and coordinate together instead of chasing people in group chats.
