## What is FlyNest?

Afraid of flying? You're not alone, and you don't have to white-knuckle it anymore.

FlyNest is your calm flying buddy. Nesty, our flamingo captain, stays with you from the day you book to the moment you land, with tools built for nervous flyers.

UNDERSTAND YOUR FLIGHT PATTERN
Answer a few questions and discover which of 8 flight patterns describes your fear: the Anticipator, the Turbulence-Sensitive, the Control-Seeker and more. Get a plan made for the way your fear actually works.

SEE EXACTLY WHERE YOU ARE
Follow your flight live on the map: time passed, time remaining, distance to go. Save the map before you leave and it keeps working in airplane mode, with no Wi-Fi needed.

TURBULENCE? ASK NESTY
Your pocket captain explains every bump, sound and feeling in plain words, any time during your flight. Nesty knows your route and your progress, and can answer even when you're offline on supported devices.

BREATHE THROUGH THE BUMPS
Guided breathing exercises (box breathing, cardiac coherence, 4-7-8) to slow your heart and settle your body in about a minute.

A MEDITATION FOR EVERY PHASE
12 guided audio meditations for takeoff, turbulence, cruising, landing and the hours before your flight.

ARRIVE AT THE GATE FEELING READY
A calm routine from a week before your flight to boarding: what to pack, when to check in, a meditation for the gate.

UNDERSTAND EVERY SOUND
80 short reads that swap fear for facts: why turbulence is safe, what that clunk after takeoff is, how pilots train, what happens if an engine stops.

CELEBRATE EVERY LANDING
Each flight ends with a "You made it!" screen you can share, and your history shows how far you've come.
