### 3/5 — Where did you go?

*2024-11-16, version 5.2.6*

I loved this service! I was able to send in clothes and have a pro sell them for me. It was so convenient and easy but then all of a sudden you wouldn’t take lots anymore! You said you’d be back but I can’t find any information. Where did you go?

### 2/5 — Used to be great

*2023-11-06, version 5.2.5*

I’ve been using this app for about a year and found a seller that I work well with. But unfortunately, suddenly the app stopped taking new lots. So you can’t use it. And there’s very little feedback as to when or if it will ever be functional again.

### 4/5 — Great way to source

*2023-10-25*

I was unable to thrift due to some physical mobility issues. This was a great way to get items and still supplement my income vs no income from not being able to source. The reason for not 5 stars is that I received several items that were described as "gently used" condition but upon receiving the items they were in barely sellable condition with holes, stains, and fabric worn nearly tissue paper thin and crumbling elastic. The flaws affect my estimate of what price I am able to sell the items at. As an experiment, I have listed the flawed items with flaws noted and shown in photos to see if the item will sell. The experiment is ongoing so I do not have a conclusion on that aspect yet. But in the future I will be more discerning on which lots I apply for.

### 1/5 — Not accepting lots

*2023-10-11, version 5.2.4*

Thanks for wasting my time.

### 2/5 — Is this the same?

*2023-09-24, version 5.2.3*

Is this app the same as the online version? Is there not a way to import your items? I log in and see nothing of mine? Little confused is this is the same. Thank you!

### 1/5 — Selling for this company = Worst business decision EVER!

*2023-09-12, version 5.2.2*

Download this app because I thought it would be a great way to add new brands to my boutique, unfortunately the whole experience has been a disaster! The clothes they send you to sell are garage sell quality at best, most are off season, hard to sell sizes, and almost all have some sort of damage. They literally have no standards as to what they accept from their clients and matching you with a lot to sell, is basically like a game of chance - they is no actual “matching” in terms of what might be a good fit for you and your client, you just get matched with whatever they need to get rid of the fastest. Don’t even get me started on the pay. By them time you sell them item, pay the platform you sell on and get paid, you’ll end up with spare change for each item. It’s a complete waste of time considering you almost always have to wash the items (they ALL smell like mildew or stinky old basement), lint roll, shave with clothing shaver and/or iron just to get them looking decent to sell. Some people might be ok with making $1 for hours worth of work, but not this girl. Then once the contract ends, you can request a shipping label to send back unsold items, but you have to wait for them to match the items with another seller - which basically means that all of the garbage that didn’t sell in any of my stores, will be passed on the the next poor unsuspecting person that signs up for a lot to sell….SMH! Definitely think twice about doing this if you are a professional seller or business owner, it’s just not worth the time or money. Definitely would NOT recommend.

### 1/5 — Lots get stolen !!! Guaranteed replacement is a lie!!!

*2023-07-30, version 5.1.5*

I joined when the app was new it was great. Had a few hiccups with a few pro sellers who kept items, instead of mailing back all unsold items. I reported to customer service and was sent a portion of cost to replace the missing item/items. A whole lot was missing and I reported that and was told I was out of luck. No items mailed back, no insurance or funds to make good on my stolen items. I stopped posting lots/reselling entirely when the app wanted to pull pay for shipping from your earned sold items as well as take a portion of my sells. So if you have a pro seller post your items and the reseller sold something for $50.00 you may get $1.00 or nothing after shipping cost, and portion of using the app (shipping fee). So I wasted my time to basically give my items away for free. I could do that locally without the hassle of posting lots, waiting to be assigned a pro seller aka thief or whack wanna be reseller who can’t earn me any funds, packing, mailing to a basically overrated donation app. They say the shipping fee is to guarantee lost or damaged lots. I’m here to tell you it’s not true. I wish I could post pictures to show proof.

### 5/5 — Good Sourcing Platform

*2023-07-21, version 5.1.4*

I am new so working my way through things, but all seems relatively intuitive for someone not real tech savvy!

### 5/5 — Great Platform

*2023-06-28, version 5.1.1*

Very fast response to problems resolving them quickly. Amazing and caring customer service! I don’t think I’ve dealt with any company that comes close to them.

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2023-06-25, version 5.1*

I started making money quickly

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Following function is not worth the money

*2025-04-10, version 5.2.6*

The following function has not properly worked for 6 weeks. Flyp’s continued response is to have engineering look into it. The Share function is great. I recommend looking at alternatives for your bot services.

### 1/5 — Unable to upload a “lot”

*2025-02-06*

I downloaded this app and got my items grouped together, clicked the off white grayish skinny rectangle button with the words “$ Sell a new lot” and click-tapping this button directs you to a message titled “Posting new lots is temporarily paused” and states that the creators are “working on it.” This is the main function of this app, if I’m not mistaken, the one job, to upload the lot and get my listing available to pro sellers. I’ll wait. Not long though. Once that button becomes functional again, I’ll delete this review and rate that, but this is best case scenario assuming that, for the duration I have this app installed, that button becomes available before I decide I’ve had a nonfunctional app taking up space on my phone for too long. Please fix. Thank you.

### 1/5 — App will not allow login

*2025-01-30, version 5.2.6*

I love this website for reselling but the app will not let me log in for any reason. It constantly says wrong password even though it isn’t (I log into the website with the same password). Super frustrating and makes me want to not use the platform.

### 1/5 — So Many Issues

*2024-05-27, version 5.2.6*

I’ve had countless amount of technical issues/glitches since it switched from the free service. It’s incredibly frustrating constantly having to send screenshots of errors to the customer support team. Going back to Vendoo or List Perfectly so I don’t have to deal with the issues and time I have to spend dealing with them. Not worth it since they started charging.

### 1/5 — The worst selling experience I have ever had

*2024-04-15, version 5.2.6*

I sent in a Nintendo Wii set my son he got him for Christmas because he already had one and he never use the one that he had. I also sent in several luxury clothing items including a Givenchy jacket, Armani suit, Prada dress pants, moschino T-shirt, Gucci pants, several pair of Dior jeans and other high-end items from luxury brands. They took all of them out of the dust bags carelessly tossed them in a pile on the floor and took a group picture of them then offered me 20 bucks for it. Oh but that was just the start of the nightmare. They don’t itemize or list anything. So the offer that was sent to me just said miscellaneous used clothing. The Wii and controllers said used gaming console/ broken. I think they offered me $10 for that. The thing is it was a brand new Wii the one that we got back was used and did have significant noticeable damage on it. I contacted them and was furious they said they would contact the seller and get back to me. I never heard back from them. The person they sent to my house looks like he had just stumbled out of the bar at 6 AM and realized he had to run to work. He was rude disheveled and very much did not want to be there and it was obvious. I attempted to ask him a couple of questions about any kind of proof that I had sent the items with him like should I sign some thing or take a picture or how did they know that I sent the items in. I tried to be very polite about the way I phrased it because to be honest with you I wasn’t sure if this guy even worked for the company at all he had no type of uniform no type of identification no nothing to show that he worked there. So I just sent all of these super expensive items off of the perfect Stranger and hoped that I wasn’t going to get ripped off. I was never contacted by the person who was supposed to be listing my items not once. Instead the company sent me my $20 offer and when I said no please send back my items it took weeks before they were returned to me , crumbled in a box taped up left on my porch while I was at work with no notification that they had been left. When I opened it I found my items to all be without the dust bags they were sent it with, which isn’t that big a deal except they were brand specific and a lot of customers want the desk bag with her I don’t wanna buy it so I try to keep them together. I was sent back a weed that did not belong to us which was damaged to the point where I finally just threw it out instead of trying to fix it. And I had to have all of the items dry cleaned before I could list them on a different platform because they all had to be re-cleaned and seemed. It was the worst selling experience I have had using an app that I have over the last 15 years used probably every single app available in my country. This is the very first one I’ve ever given a one star. To summarize there’s no communication the driver was rude the person who was going to flip my items had no communication with me and the condition of the items returned is absolutely unacceptable if not straight out illegal. I don’t trust this company, I will never do business with them again, and I strongly urge you to read all of the reviews about them. You’ll notice most of the five star reviews all sound the same, you know like a bot wrote them. And all of the one stars pretty much say the same thing I’m telling you. Do you due diligence, Judge accordingly, and proceed cautiously.

### 1/5 — Absolute nightmare!

*2024-02-20, version 5.2.6*

Horrific!

### 1/5 — Do Not Use

*2024-01-29, version 5.2.6*

I do not recommend FLYP as a reselling platform. Not only do your “pro sellers” stiff arm you on sale price but the pay out percentage is garbage. In addition I’ve had two sellers steal my entire lot and was minimally compensated for my losses. Use another platform!!

### 1/5 — Bait and switch

*2023-12-30, version 5.2.6*

They decided to shut down the ability to consign lots from person to person a couple months back with no previous notice, right in the middle of the holiday season rush, leaving sellers without any new lots to choose from and no timeframe for return. They’ve given wishy washy answers in groups about coming back with business lots but I have no hope. I’m finishing out the lots I have and ending my partnership with them.

### 1/5 — literally was nothing wrong with it

*2023-12-07, version 5.2.6*

no idea why they decided to shut down. doesn’t seem like they’re coming back. it was a great concept and people were buying/selling religiously.

### 1/5 — Unable to access lots

*2023-11-07, version 5.2.5*

Keeps saying lots are temporary unavailable they are working on it it’s been a month now

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Absolutely love

I absolutely love this app it makes it so easy and everything pays for itself. Only thing is that the update is taking longer than expected, nonetheless I will be here when it’s back!!

### 5/5 — They make it easy

*2024-02-22, version 5.2.6*

While helping my mom move, I pulled anything with a designer label that she didn’t wear anymore. All I had to do was take a few pictures and answer a few questions, my seller did all of the rest of the work. Highly recommend this app if you don’t have the time to do the research and find out what sells best on which sites, etc.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-02-13, version 5.2.6*

### 5/5 — Loving Flyp!

My beautiful clothes were not selling in other apps, and then I switched to FLYP! Now they are selling well and finding new homes :) FLYP takes to work out of resale.

### 5/5 — Great way to boost my business!

*2023-07-26, version 5.1.5*

Consigning with Flyp has been a great experience so far. I’ve been selling lots managed by Flyp, and their communication is fantastic and we’re both set up to benefit from the collaboration.
