You must input new information every time. This is especially frustrating when checking in or viewing your boarding pass as you must input your e ticket number or confirmation code new every time. Downloading the boarding pass to a digital wallet also does not work. The option is there, but the information is not in a legitimate format. This brings us to the last bug, the back button only brings you back to the home screen in which you must input your booking information anew. ### 1/5 — Complete disaster *2025-11-29* App doesn’t work in China at all. Even when using a VPN to connect half of the app and website are down due to Black Friday related IT problems. No way to manage flights or book new flights.
