App doesn’t work in China at all. Even when using a VPN to connect half of the app and website are down due to Black Friday related IT problems. No way to manage flights or book new flights. Highly unprofessional.

There is no account to log into to save your information. You must input new information every time. This is especially frustrating when checking in or viewing your boarding pass as you must input your e ticket number or confirmation code new every time. Downloading the boarding pass to a digital wallet also does not work. The option is there, but the information is not in a legitimate format. This brings us to the last bug, the back button only brings you back to the home screen in which you must input your booking information anew.
