Has access to way more maps than I'll ever need but was disappointed it didn't integrate flytomap's excellent "real Tide" app, which I use frequently on my iPhone (separate purchase for iPad). Interface is clunky requiring several steps to put in waypoints. I'm not seeing option to enter a militia ointment route. I use it in Florida and data are good. I can set a destination point but I hope they will add the possibility to insert a full route in future ### 2/5 — Old Iphone version had much better charts, *2012-06-23* I have had the Iphone version for at least a year and loved the offline charts, around the Clyde area they had as much information as paper hydrographic charts, but with GPS and in a phone, excellent! Then the phone version started crashing when zoomed right in to the chart. I still thought the App was the best charting prog. for use on small yachts. So I bought an Ipad, downloaded this HD version expecting it to be at least as good. Unfortunately the Watermap charts don't have as much detail (No bearings for leading lights etc.). The offline chart has no detail at all in the areas I sail, The programme is good and I would happily pay for full charts. At the moment the program is nowhere near as good as it used to be, please sort out the charting, make it as good as it was! Although, I paid for the HD version of the app and the maps look anything but HD. As you zoom in they get more and more blurry. Please correct it quickly, not usable at the moment!!!!! ### 2/5 — FlyToMap GPS HD *2011-12-20, version 3.3.1* Overall it had features I liked, but not nearly enough in the United States. The reason for a low rating is the GPS continually drained on the battery life. There was no instructions as to how to disengage the GPS when not in use. As soon as I took the app off my ipad, the battery stopped going down. ### 1/5 — Be Careful *2011-07-30, version 3.1* I bought this app, as it bragged that 1,200 of the best lakes in Minnesota were available. I did not count how many they offered, but no topography for my lake. Yes for a smaller lake to the south. Bummer. Largest draw back is it sucked my battery down so fast I had to recharge 3-4 times in a day! I tried to turn off the GPS to no avail. Finally deleted the App. Wish they offered better view of what you were buying and would refund without jumping so many hurtles. Save your $20.00 After several attempts to obtain a refund no luck. Andava molto bene ma Han ben deciso di rimuoverle lasciando solo mappe lontane od inutili. The road map portion is way out of date, I know of roads in the maps that have changed more than ten years ago and they are not updated, (Flytomaps) the roads and road names are different between the Flytomap and the Goggle map. Google map portion is way more accurate. Can't imagine how out of date the other maps are like the lakes and water maps. Just bought the Florida FlyToMap and I was very very happy....until I discovered with a little more I could buy the entire US and more.
