Drink spill constantly on delivery making the whole bag soaked and sticky.. not sure but seems like you wait for your items to be delivered to the drone then gets sent to you so your ultimately waiting for 2 deliveries. Then, for my food order to be delivered by a darn drone it taken way longer than expected as I felt like I could’ve just used a human delivery driver at this point. When a food item was out on my order I wasn’t notified immediately by whoever was suppose to notify me. All ik is I was sitting/waiting at the drop off zone spot at a park longer than 40 mins. I just told the support agent that I prefer to cancel w/o even getting a discount for a next meal for their miscommunication poor drove service. Maybe it’s bc it’s still new but that’s beside the point. There was no kind of consistency w this company for me. My food would’ve came quicker just by using DD, Ubereats, &/or GrubHub by a human driver.
