### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-09-10*

I have tried on multiple occasions to use this app for SF Paratransit and it only worked once but the driver had never accepted Paratransit payment so it took a while. On another occasion, the cab left without notice. Today, the app was not set up to accept paratransit payment so I had to pay the full fare. On multiple occasions, no cabs are available. Back to Uber, Lyft or Waymo. This app is a joke.
