can't open Anything, keeps pop out error msg, and they can’t fix it. First they said need 2 days for the IT support to fix, after 4 days when I chased up they said they would put accelerated . Then no human answered me anymore. You will always be the second in the queue. 一旦开了会员就会出问题，一打开就闪退，重装/重启/换手机都不行。 之前看见前面的review是好几年前的我还抱有侥幸心理，实际上根本就没有技术客服，最开始还有人工客服出来糊弄两句，过几天就永远是前面有人在排队，和人工聊不上了。纯纯骗钱的app，建议打算下载的用户多找找同类替代的app。

即使我购买会员了也广告满天飞。广告多到已经影响正常收听节目。我点击播放后立刻切换后台。一集节目结束后就停止播放。非要你打开软件。然后广告。无限多的广告。各种跳转广告。会员还有半年才过期我也不打算在使用这个软件。蜻蜓成功让我彻底转向喜马拉雅！

人在美国，加载不出音频节目，作为一个从业者，我不懂为什么已经好几年了解决不了这个问题。另一个不理解，节目加载不出来，在播放界面点击播放按钮没有反应，如果节目还在加载，按钮至少应该是加载状态，结果就是一直保持着一个播放按钮，点击没反应，这个UX设计的就完全没道理。这种bug好几年了发现不了？
