I went into the branch and it worked ‘in the branch ‘. When I got home, no way. It’s been a week, and now at 4:55am I am finally able to log on and find out that I forgot to write a transaction down. Since my app has been shut down for two weeks, I no longer get paper, and am too far away from branches, I find a disaster naturally. Now, Houston, we have a problem. I guess I have to go back to Chase since I didn’t ask for my account to be shut down and stuck with an app that doesn’t appear to have been Beta tested. Sad times Farmers. But it should have more customer service support. No 24 hour customer service support is not good. There’s Not even a toll free # to call for automated help, nor access to hear your your account information. I’m very disappointed in this non support for customers like me that work night’s. It’s frustrating because I forgot my user ID & I can’t get the help I need because my hours don’t start on a daily 9-5 or even after bank hours like 8pm - 8am not even automated… when your hour’s begin those are my sleeping hours. I have to double click on a transaction to see vendors names which I shouldn’t have to click on every transaction. They should all just be listed. Also with Quicken it’s difficult to see vendors names because they’re listed at the end of the transaction information and quicken displays only 35 characters.
