The last few weeks everytime I go to try to get into it it won’t open very annoying and frustrating especially when you’re trying to see if money was taken out of your account and you can’t because you have to wait like hours before it lets you in!!

it only actually works 50% of the time, maybe even less. most of the time it won’t even open.

Several times in the past few months my app will not open!  I need to transfer money to pay bills and can’t because my app won’t open!! 
I was told to update my app but it does not need updating!!!

The app does not look all that great on the iPad and it looks like 1st Midwest has now blocked the iPad and iPhone from using the regular website to check our balance. Please either re-enable the use of safari on the 1st midwest website, or update this app to look better on the iPad. Also could you make it able to remember usernames. Its kinda a pain logging in, especially if you have multiple accounts.

Until then I am giving the app 3 stars

The only thing this app is lacking is compatibility for iPhone 6 & iPhone 6 Plus. An updated version of this app to support the new models of iPhone would be appreciated.

I use this app daily and like that it’s very simple and user friendly. I’m disabled and struggle to get out to run errands sometimes and I appreciate that I very rarely need to visit the actual bank to do my business. Love being able to deposit checks online, transfer between accounts easily and check my balance 24/7.
