## What is FMCSRs?

No internet connection needed except to download the first time. Fully searchable and updated database of the FMCSRs provided as a service by the law firm of Leizerman & Associates. The app is free as long as you provide an email address. Developed by attorney Michael Leizerman who became frustrated when he needed to look up a regulation and was in a courtroom didn’t have a WI-FI connection.
