The people there are fabulous. They are all extremely polite. Very nice people they go out of their way to help you. Tried to contact the bank several times, but their bookkeeping department said there was no issue on their end. They have no IT team and will not put in a trouble ticket with the company that manages their website. They did mention there are several other people With the same issue. I am completely unable to access my account, which is very inconvenient since I’m out of town currently and it’s a local bank only. My check isn’t deposited and it’s 10am. With the other app, it was instantaneously at 8am. **Developer response:** Pulley1998- Please consider revising your rating as the transfer time and deposit times have nothing to do with the app itself. If you have noticed a lag in transfer times it has to do with when the incoming file from the Feferal Reserve arrives which is out of our hands.
