The alarming part is that I was told by another customer that they were hacked? I always used Face ID and I know my login is correct so that isn’t the issue. When I use the term hack, I mean that I attempted to access my account from Franklin Mints site this morning, and it led me to a GoDaddy domain for sale link for the banks website. On top of that, the only way Franklin Mint communicated with their customers was via Facebook. No texts, emails, or calls to warn you of this matter, just Facebook posts. In one of the posts since the breach, Franklin Mint told customers to goto their website for any updates, which led to GoDaddy.
