Et bien sûr aucun numéro de téléphone service client !!! Inacceptable de mettre des clients qui ont payé leur billet et qui ne peuvent pas avoir leur billet !!! MÉFIEZ VOUS !!! ### 1/5 — Achat du billet, concert *2026-04-10* L’application ne permet pas ou très peu l’achat de billets impossible de mettre les billets dans le panier pour valider pour l’achat. Je me demande à quoi sert cette application, je souhaiterais qu’un membre de la Fnac m’appelle pour en discuter ou m’envoie un mail. ### 1/5 — Mauvais *2026-03-29* Toujours aussi peu satisfaisant. Dernière réjouissance en date, l’impossibilité de retirer des « articles » du panier. Qui s’ajoute aux lacunes existantes ### 1/5 — Honteux *2026-02-05* Incroyable que la Fnac propose une application aussi médiocre Au delà de la recherche et d’ une intuitivité honteuse Les billets ne s affichent pas ni QR code ### 2/5 — Accès au code retrait impossible *2025-12-19* En arrivant à la FNAC, impossible d’afficher le code QR et le numéro de retrait. An cliquant sur “accéder au code de retrait” il ne se passe rien.. j’ai du me connecter au site web pour retrouver ce code et le présenter au guichet du magasin. ### 1/5 — Place de concert *2025-11-29* J’avais acheter deux place de concert que je n’est jamais reçu et on ne m’a jamais remboursé ### 1/5 — Deceptif *2025-11-06* Pratique pour avoir son historique de commande. Mais impossible d’utiliser la carte adhérent, impossible d’obtenir les billets et les filtres de recherches marchent mal. Autant garder le site et supprimer l’application car ces problèmes durent depuis au moins 2 ans. ### 1/5 — Médiocre *2025-06-06* Application ou service de billetterie douteuse. J’ai passé commande pour des places de concert depuis un an. Arrivée au jour J, je n’ai toujours pas reçu mes billets PASS, censement à recevoir sur l’application qui elle m’indique n’avoir aucune commande. Heureusement que j’ai un justificatif par mail. Or j’ai beau contacté le service client depuis 9h, qui font passer mon dossier en urgence, je suis là à quelques heures de l’événement sans billets. Comment dire que niveau organisation c’est assez stressant et frustrant bien qu’ils assurent que j’aurai les billets avant 18h. Advienne que pourra. Mais j’espere bien les recevoir à temps… Bref à revoir votre système de billetterie bidon pour les billets pass. Ils devraient envoyer tout simplement par mail. ### 2/5 — App pas du tout intuitive *2025-04-13* Une fois connecté j’étais perdu. Compliqué de faire une résa, de trouver les billets. ### 1/5 — Attention à l assurance *2025-03-01* La fnac laisse penser que c est eux qui assure les billets en cas de problème mais c est faux.
