Try again later… I’ve been trying for weeks. Every time I click ebucks it’s not available. This is supposed to be a benefit to customers. But there’s always a reason why I can’t use my benefit. Also, the exit button should. Always be visible, not hidden in the My Profile section. You should also be able to verify account name and number are an exact match. Isn’t that enough information for you? The phone system keeps on sending me to the App which cannot solve my problem. I do not wish to use the App for anything. I am not part of the “thumb” generation. I wish to speak to a person or be able to type on a keyboard- anything else just wastes my time. The last time previously I had a conversation with the BOT if told me wrong information and I needed to pay for an FNB service for an extra month. I do not trust what the BOTs tell me - like the LLMs they hallucinate and I’m the person who foots the bill - there is no accountability on the behalf of FNB. Laggy, awful UI, chat is horrible. It would be very usual if FNB customers could add those details onto the statement. For example on my statement it just has Zanaco Bank and the amount. It would be helpful if I could type in the name of the company I transacted with.
