Won’t hold onto user I’d or password, won’t hold on to Face ID log in, now it won’t acknowledge that I have wifi or cell service. All settings have been checked and double checked by att. Guess I’ll have to change banks altogether now. I live an hour from any FNB bank so online access is essential. Suppose it’s time since this bank is outdated and charges fees just to keep your money here every month. I constantly get logged out. Says my session timed out and I just logged on! I try to navigate to the cards tab and the app crashes. I try to sign on and it asks me constantly if I want to switch user id.
