I've always been an avid user of the online and mobile banking and now this! Way to go FNB! If I can't make it in to any of their 10 locations that have excellent customer service I have so many options to conduct my transactions! What a great bank!!!! Thank you!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Please Redo *2012-08-29, version 5.0.01* App used to be ok, it was nothing fancy but it got the job done and was a great addition to my banks services. Since the update the app is still lacking in the looks and interface department, and now it a lot more difficult to use. For instance to make a transfer there are 2 separate screens that you have to try and navigate through where there used to be 1 and you mobile access code would automatically pop up. Now you basically have to go through 4 screens to perform the transfer, complete it, and then verify in the overview page to confirm it. Also the overview page is weird. I guess if your negative in your account there are parenthesis around the balance (I think) the balance number used to be red when negative. I'm really not sure cause there is no explanation of what the parenthesis are or are not for. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE SIMPLIFIED APP, or make it more user friendly and quick to navigate. REMEMBER IM NOT SITTING AT A COMPUTER REVIEWING MY ACCOUNT, I'm on my phone usually somewhere where I need quick and efficient account stats or to make a quick transfer. Thanks ### 2/5 — Broken *2016-11-18, version 9.0.5104* Doesn't load for me anymore. ### 2/5 — Updated app still lacks the basics. *2016-08-27, version 8.0.5004* The application does work, but it's really nothing more than a webpage inside an app. After signing into your account I would like the ability to sign back in using only a PIN or my fingerprint. I find checking my funds to be useless if I cannot quickly access them. I was excited at first when they updated their system. That's until I realized that they just updated the graphics. There were no new features included with the upgrade. The great thing about FNB is their hours at Dillons. It just might maker it really convient to close out my account without having to take time off work. It's too bad FNB hasn't kept up with nearly every other bank. ### 3/5 — New update Oct 2016 *2016-10-18* Personally I think the update has come long way but there is still one thing missing I have been looking for for a long time my other banks use it as well. I would love for this bank to support Apple Pay.
