### 1/5 — Worst Banking App On the Market

App will not allow login via facial recognition. But worst of all, will randomly not allow your username and password to work, then lock you out of your account. Cannot fix without contacting support which is a pain. Can go days or weeks at a time before you’re able to check your account. Needs major updating and bug fixing. Also, me and wife can’t both make an account for the bank so we have to use one persons login info and communicate about when the password isn’t working. Makes me want to change banks over this app. Fix now!

The app recognizes my face, gives me a check mark, then just doesn’t sign in.  Makes me logon with my username and password.  It used to work fine.

If I could give this zero stars, I would.  Dumb layout and takes forever to set up for the first time.  Doesn’t give you transaction by transaction total balance like your better bank apps do.  It almost makes me want to change banks just to not have to use this app.

I switched to my local First National Bank of Louisiana from another not to be mentioned parish named Bank directly south of Calcasieu long ago around 2009 because I didn’t like the practices of the other bank, yet I wanted a local bank. First National Bank and I have not always seen perfectly to eye, but they’ve always been very respectful and fair. I would highly recommend choosing them as your local bank switch away from those big national and global conglomerates to a small local bank and feel better about giving back to your own community.

Thank you FNB for always upgrading your products. It shows customers you're willing to stay up with technology. Only request is to have a rolling balance with each transaction, other than that it looks spiffy!!
