They are super friendly and go above and beyond to make the most of the banking relationship. The FlexFirst Heloc sweep account is unbelievably easy and very helpful in reducing interest owed each month. ### 5/5 — UPDATE *2026-01-17* My older iPhone with an older operating system will no longer update so I can’t access my CD account.
