On the older app you could sign up to receive text messages only when a debit card was used and it would give you the amount it was used for and the balance on the account. Now if you sign up for notifications, it sends you every amount that is taken out of the bank at all times of day and nightand it does not give you the current balance. Makes it really hard for someone who travels a lot and for someone who works remotely with NO local branch in the town where they are currently working to make deposits. Have to call an officer every time I want my deposit limit raised to more than $2500. ### 1/5 — New upgrade of app *2024-03-27, version 3.6.1* Not able to update app due to my phone is in a different lower ISO rating. Not able to deposit checks or anything now without having to drive to bank across town at lunch time if I have an hour time frame. Not happy about this change To leave this review I need a nickname…. Yes all information was there and I did nothing different. No change between pics. The last time I used it I had to call the bank to get the money to actually get deposited into my account. The old system worked for me and I never had an issue with my money not being in the account or having to take lots of pics before it would accept it. ### 2/5 — New app is not as good *2023-09-29, version 3.6.1* I liked the old app so much better. I got a text message every morning with my account balance as well as a message each time I used my debit card or if there was any activity. The messages are not sent anymore and I don’t like that I have to set up alerts just to get them. I don’t even know how to get the daily balance message and it was so helpful. ### 2/5 — Text notifications *2023-09-27, version 3.6.1* The app itself isn’t too bad but the new text notifications are absolutely horrible and annoying 🤦‍♀️ I wish it were still the simple “card #•••• was used for $… at (place) balance $…” These new text notifications are ridiculous. Idk what card was used or where. I don’t get the balance and it sends the same transaction more than once. It also doesn’t say if it is credit or debit. ### 3/5 — Sketchy *2025-09-02, version 3.26.2* This app has trouble doing mobile deposits.
