In today’s world, reliable digital banking isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Unfortunately, this bank consistently fails to provide a dependable online experience. Frequent outages, login issues, slow performance, and technical glitches have made it difficult to access my accounts when I need to. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to wonder whether the app or website will work properly each time I need to manage my finances. I expect a financial institution to offer secure, stable, and reliable access to my money. After repeated disappointments and no meaningful improvement, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
