Garbage! *2026-07-05* I placed an order around 8:20pm yesterday and the app stated that delivery was available for the same day. When I tracked my order it was put on hold and I was told that it’ll be delivered tomorrow morning. Next morning I was notified that the product I chose was unavailable for my address (despite I entered the pin-code earlier and was said that it’s Available). The customer service team (Yashika) said that I must replace it. I replaced it and then I was told that that was not available either. So much chatter and waste of time. By the end I was told that apparently the product I chose first was available indeed and that it’ll be sent. By then, so much time was wasted and my product will now be delivered only by 11 PM today, despite Yashika saying that it would be delivered by 6 PM. That was a bit of an urgent order for me. I’d have chosen some other product right from the start if app mentioned its unavailability or whatever. Or I would have ordered from some other reliable site. Why show that midnight delivery is available if you eventually will just put the order on hold for next day. It’s incredibly frustrating. Now the ‘chat with us’ option is totally useless. After few attempts, now only bot is replying. This is total garbage attitude towards customers. **Developer response:** Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kindly share your order number so that we can look into it and get back to you with a resolution. Receiver was waiting at the address but nobody showed up. Customer service needs be trained in OM(order Mgmnt), they couldn’t cancel a in booked order for me to rebook it.
