What makes it great and gets the 5th star is it’s author, Colin. He is a high-energy person who stays on top of his app. If you need help or have a problem he will deal with it quickly. There are a wide variety of tasks from which to choose. I have used FNS three times. The first was a garage attic snake who left before the FNS provider arrived. We received help from Colin on this. The second was a mailbox replacement. The provider, Matt, came out the next day, a Sunday, and completed the task well before the estimated time. The 3rd is current, a thermostat replacement. We have no takers yet but it’s only been 2 days. As the provider base grows this service will get even better.
