### 3/5 — Good app with good video demos

*2015-04-14*

Pretty good app. I like the anatomy chart and clicking on the muscles to show what technique to use to work it out.

I wish there was audio explaining the technique with the video. I also wish you could just create your own playlists of exercises.

### 4/5 — Helps relieve muscle tightness and improve flexibility

*2014-03-16*

I bought this app even after reading a prior negative review and was glad I did.

I understand why a prior reviewer called the exercises "creepy." Let's face it: foam roller exercises aren't pretty. But the ones in this app get the job done.

The only downside to this app (and the reason I gave it four stars instead of five) is that the exercises are organized by muscle group rather than in set routines, so you need to keep interacting with the app in between each exercise. Everything is arranged more like a textbook and less like other workout apps.

Once you get used to it, though, it's easy to use and a comprehensive resource. There are exercises to cover just about any muscle group you need to work on.

### 5/5 — Wow - best money ever spent of foam rolling education

*2013-02-07*

Don't hesitate, seriously. I downloaded others available and it beat them hands down. What I really love is the education specifics and the ability to choose rolling just for random health reasons, like having an office job! I will be able to use this for workout purposes and just the opposite, deteriorating flexibility thanks to the good old swivel chair.

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2013-01-05, version 1.2*

Huge range of excercises to do with the roller. Sear by muscle, sport or injury. Excellent. Would be better with sound and talk through on video's but not essential.

### 5/5 — Great Reference

*2012-11-08*

I play sports and practice Jiu Jitsu 3 times a week so I find various muscles are tight or sore on a daily basis. This has been an excellent reference app to hit all the right spots. Definitely worth the money

### 5/5 — Keep Rolling

*2012-10-11*

As a running coach, I saw my runners coming down with injuries as the mileage increased. To combat this I got training as a trigger point therapist. Using a roller can bring elasticity back into the muscles and aid in recovery to keep you running. This is a nice app to have out in the field to show someone how to use the roller.

### 1/5 — What happened

*2021-02-02*

Tried opening app but it won’t open. Help!

### 1/5 — Not what I expected

*2015-01-27, version 1.10*

Wish the description had been better. This is NOT what I needed.

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2015-01-18*

When I purchased this app about two years ago, it said that they were working on adding the audio. Still waiting. It would be much more useful with audio. I'm tired of watching the person "giggle " his way on the foam roller.

Too much to pay.
What are you waiting for?Add the audio!

### 1/5 — User unfriendly

*2014-05-15, version 1.8*

Very user unfriendly, binned the app half an hour after downloading it!

### 1/5 — cannot get to app

*2014-04-26*

This app opens with a disclaimer that requires an anknowledgement. When I try to press the "accept" text nothing happens and I have not succeeded in opening the app. Waste of money.

### 1/5 — Awful and creepy

*2013-05-22*

Most I've ever spent on an app and creepiest guy ever on it and awful exercises!!!! I want my money back!!!!

### 1/5 — Doesn't work on iPhone 5

*2013-05-21*

Wont work on iPhone 5

### 1/5 — Don't waste you money! I want mine back...

*2012-12-26, version 1.1*

The app is terribly unresponsive and for the the price of $3 is definitely not worth it. If you're looking for a free, responsive app that not only offers you foam roller but other types of stretches and exercises, try iRehab. It's awesome.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2012-11-07, version 1.0*

Update please, like perhaps with some content. Utterly disgusted your charging for this or that Apple okay'd the release, when it's not remotely ready. It's barely been started, none of the movements are there!!!

### 2/5 — Not worth the money

*2021-04-25, version 2.1*

What I wanted: an app that could help me recover from injury, that would give me good advice, that would give real time sessions and the ability to build my own menu for a session that I could follow in real time.
What I got: an anatomy course and dated techniques (the ones on line now show that holding a position for at least 30 seconds is more beneficial).
What I now want: my money back!

### 5/5 — Recovery without surgery

*2019-06-28, version 2.1*

I have had chronic joint issues for years, to the point that my doctor recommended cortisone shots and surgery for 2 support injuries. Dr. Ryan Emmons strongly urged me to take the non-invasive route and regularly roll instead. It’s incredible! Rolling not only resolved my issues WITHOUT cortisone shots or surgery, but has allowed me to start weight training again without injury! This is a game-changer! I do my rolls religiously everyday because I have witnessed the efficacy of them in my own life.

### 5/5 — Quicker recovery

*2017-09-24, version 2.1*

Over the last couple years, I’ve had a recurring injury in my lower back. Each time I’ve set up a handful of Physio sessions at $100 a pop until I’m back into shape. To save some money, I decided to pick up a foam roller and take my recovery into my own hands. Using the roller with this app has dramatically sped up my recovery. It’s super detailed and easy to use, and has exercises for my specific injury listed among many others. Would definitely recommend!

### 5/5 — Lifesaver

*2015-01-21, version 1.10*

Great app for us runners

### 5/5 — Bargain

*2014-10-11, version 1.10*

What a bargain. Great up for rehab, prehab and anyone in sport. Been using this for neck and shoulder rolling techniques and have found it very useful.

### 5/5 — Just purchased for rotator cuff inj

*2014-09-20, version 1.10*

I haven't started using this app yet but just checked out the rolling out exercises for my injury. Illness incorporating the foam roller into my Trg and will update this review. I'm excited, these exercises will help me lift heavy!!

### 5/5 — Easy to use and target the area you need

*2014-07-03*

This app is has an easy access the area you need help with. Go to the muscle chart or go to the injury you have or go to the section of the sport you participate in and there will be a series of short videos to do and a do not do this hint. I am sold on the roller after I got hip bursitis in both hips when running. PT did not help or a cort. Shot. I got a roller and it solved my problem. Now after every run I roll and stretch. I was a little disappointed bursitis was not on the injury list but the exercises I need are. There are over 100 bursa sacks in your body and I think the dr needs to add this to his app. Roll baby roll.

### 5/5 — A must to take away pain!

*2014-06-24*

This app is heavenly! It targets areas based on common activities and injuries, so you can easy find and follow simple rolling techniques to ease pain.

### 5/5 — Fantastic.

*2014-03-27, version 1.4*

If you want an app to show you foam roller techniques then look no more. Easy to use and understand. Brilliant.

### 5/5 — Exactly what I needed!

*2013-03-15*

I do Crossfit so something is always sore or in need of stretching. This app is a lifesaver for me when I'm in pain. I like how I can look by body part of injury for ways to use the foam roller. I recommend this app to anyone because the videos are great and it has helped me a lot!

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2013-03-08, version 1.3*

10/10
