Also it would be cool if you get get individual clothing items instead of just full sets. And it would also be cool if you could preview furniture in the room before you buy it. Also is there a way to get notified the session is over without having to listen to the music the whole time. The price of the object or for example the price to achieve a new room is way too much. If i focus 30 minutes i only earn 30 gloves while you need 2000 to unlock a new part of the room… Except this fact the app is very good and useful ! ### 4/5 — Happy! There’s no more rooms to do… and I don’t really want to change the furniture I’ve put in my current rooms. This app has really helped me focus in all parts of my life- hobbies, social time, work, and even my self care time. I didn’t realize how much I was using my phone until My Avocado- I named him Poot🤭 Although I’m very satisfied with the app, I can’t help but feel like there’s nothing else to do. It’s a little sad because I look forward to adding more to his home. Is there going to be an update with more rooms? Cozy kitchen, cozy bathroom, cozy game/hobby room. It helped me focus and it is adorable! However, the need to water the avocado takes the fun out of it. I want to do a whole house ### 4/5 — good really helpful *2026-02-21, version 1.0.5* This is a really good app and helps my focus I’ve already cleaned the whole house, shoveled the driveway,done the laudry, and clean my room, the only thing is everything is really expensive and I don’t like the plus feature it should be free because I need to focus. Also the water feature is really cool but again its expensive and barely does a dent to vados thrist. And there’s some bugs. I tried to contact the support, they referred me to Apple even though Apple never charged me to begin with. After that no help. Now they tried to charge me again without active membership!! ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-04-30, version 1.0.6* I had this app. I deleted the subscription and have still been charged for the last 2 months. There’s no active subscription and I’m still being charged. So I got the ad to buy pro for 40% off, and then another tie 55% off… but when you go to subscribe there is no discount! Then after using it for a while I was told this was actually a flat out copy of another app. The story line is even WORD FOR WORD. I’d be cool with a similar concept, but I draw the line at flat out copying. Deleted. ### 1/5 — AI slop *2026-02-10* This is a fully AI slop copy of the amazing app Focus Friend. Do not use this app, use Focus Friend. This app just plagiarized the entire setup and system but used an avocado instead. Support the original developers and get the Focus Friend app! ### 1/5 — Bad customer service - subscription that doesn’t give you access *2026-01-28, version 1.0.4* I downloaded this from a video on an official ad and it asked me there to do a subscription before downloading the app so I did but then it didn’t transfer to the app and then it charged me when I couldn’t even use the subscription I reached out to support and they told me to just accept the free trial on the app which would create another charge with no way to cancel the first one. ### 1/5 — Wish it could be a zero *2026-01-19, version 1.0.3* You have to pay just to use the app and it’s so stupid. I was up til 2am last night on ACCIDENT because I was so focussed. This is crazy for me because I have ADHD and usually can’t get ANYTHING accomplished like that. I just wish it had more in-app activities. I want to be able to connect with my friends and do little study groups together. I also wish I could see their Avo houses. Maybe we could give each other little focus encouragement notes once a day when we stop at someone’s house?
