With the hundreds of different mediation apps, this one was so easy to use and VERY effective.  I don’t like complicated apps.  With this app, I can quickly set my time and background and I get a solid 30 minute break from reality every day.   Highly recommend!

When I started my productivity journey I was hoping that an app would be my companion and help me. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with all my options until I found this hidden gem under all the rubble. I can truly say I’ve found a great companion to help me through my journey! I love the customizable calendar and the great sounds that gently tell me that it was time to end another great session. Just sitting there with the app made me feel like I was actually doing something and not just snoozing. I would and already have recommended this to many people who are and aren’t trying to mediate.
