For the longest time I’ve been wanting to cut back on my social media use for obvious reasons and this is the first app that makes me feel positive about it. So easy to use and no need to delete apps or feel bad about the social scrolling you do do because Focal shows you the other healthy things you’ve been choosing too. It just feels good and my brain is so grateful!
