Un desastre completo. Llegan notificaciones diciendo que hay una nueva publicación pero en la app no aparece absolutamente nada, ni siquiera publicaciones anteriores. Ninguna de las opciones aparece disponible. En un momento pregunté cómo podía hacer para que las mismas notificaciones de la aplicación, dejaran de llegar al correo y su respuesta fue que no era posible y que si quería que bloqueara desde el correo.
En teoría puede ser un buen servicio pero en la práctica no sirve para nada.
Pongo 1 estrella porque no es posible poner 0.

This apps constantly crashes and the administrators bloat this with a lot of ads, it’s noisy, we can’t disable notifications for ads. Avoid it

This app is an absolute disaster. It crashes constantly, especially when trying to view images of deliveries—arguably one of its core features. I’ve reinstalled, updated iOS, and even contacted support with no resolution.

Worse, the app feels intrusive. There’s no transparency about what data it's accessing or storing, and it’s being forced on residents by building administrators without clear consent or oversight. There’s no third-party audit, no clear privacy policy, and no justification for requiring tenants to use a buggy, unverified platform to access basic building services.

This isn’t a convenience—it’s a liability. Until Focaris fixes the constant crashing, offers full transparency about data use, and earns trust through independent security review, I would strongly advise others to avoid it entirely.
