## What is Foco ADHD & Focus?

Do you have a long list of things to do and still cannot get started?

Foco is not another task list. It is a place to store what is on your mind and, more importantly, a way to begin. Choose what you will do today and the app shows you one task at a time, with a timer and the material you need close at hand.

It is designed for adults with ADHD, but it works for anyone who struggles to start or gets distracted halfway through.

HOW IT WORKS

BOARDS
Create a space for each area of your life: work, study, home. Store tasks here without deciding when to do them.

PLAN
Choose today's tasks, even from different boards, and put them in order. When it is time to work, you do not have to make the same decisions again.

FOCUS
The whole screen changes. You see one task, a timer and nothing else. When you finish, the next task appears.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED INSIDE THE TASK
Add notes, links, files or photos. Your material is one tap away while you work.

YOUR OWN PACE
Use 25 minute focus blocks with 5 minute breaks, or choose your own timing with Foco Pro. The app can notify you when each block ends.

NO PRESSURE
There are no streaks to lose and no points to chase. When you finish, you see what you completed and what can wait for another session.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
No account is required. We do not use analytics or advertising. Your data stays on your iPhone and, if you choose, syncs privately through your iCloud.

FREE AND PRO
The free version includes three boards, unlimited tasks, notes and links, 25/5 focus blocks and iCloud sync.

Foco Pro adds unlimited boards, custom focus and break times, plus file and image attachments. A 14 day free trial is included.
