## What is FOCUM?

FOCUM is a focus coach that pays attention. Every few days it looks at your last two weeks — your focus sessions, your streak, the days your blocks get tested most — and gives you one concrete thing to try next. Ask it anything about your own habits, anytime.

And when you do open something distracting, FOCUM doesn't just slam a door — it opens with a short breath and a countdown, the pause that breaks the automatic urge. If that's not enough, you decide how far the friction goes, up to a Strict Mode that can't be switched off mid-session.

WHAT MAKES FOCUM DIFFERENT
• An AI coach that learns from your history — not a fixed timer. It reads your last two weeks of focus sessions and gives you one concrete next step — tap to act on it.
• A breath before the block — opening a blocked app starts with a breathing screen and a countdown, so you choose instead of react.
• Friction that escalates — from a soft nudge up to Strict Mode (Nuclear): once a session starts, the block can't be bypassed.
• Focus that runs itself — the Schedules tab sets automatic focus windows for work, study or sleep that turn on and off on their own.
• Four languages. No ads.

From the Focus tab, pick the apps that pull you in and let your coach take it from there.

Less scroll. More life.
