## What is Focus & Power Nap Timer?

Manage focus and breaks for study, work, and exam prep — simply, in one app.
A focus timer and power nap app from Crane & Bloom, a Japanese stationery brand.

■ Flip your phone to focus (FaceDown mode)
- Place your phone face down and the timer starts.
- Turn it face up and the timer pauses, so you're less tempted to pick it up.
(iPhone only)

■ A steady rhythm of focus and rest (Pomodoro)
- Practice the Pomodoro Technique: 25 minutes of focus, 5 minutes of rest, repeated.
- A longer break comes after a set number of rounds.
- Set focus and break lengths to the minute.

■ Recharge with a short nap (Power Nap)
- A dedicated timer for a 15–20 minute power nap.
- Snooze for 5 or 10 more minutes with one tap.

■ Ambient sounds for focus
- Six sounds: rain, fireplace, creek, library, wind, and birdsong.
- Choose your alarm too: school chime, classic bell, piano, and more.

■ Your focus record
- See your focus time this week and this month, and your streak.
- Look back on the last 7 days in a chart.

■ Check the time from anywhere
- Apple Watch: see the time left, start and pause, and feel a tap when time is up (works with your iPhone).
- Lock Screen and Dynamic Island: see the time left without opening the app (Dynamic Island on supported models).
- Home Screen widget.

■ Motivation cards
- Show your own goal or message when the app opens and before each break.

■ Designed like fine stationery
- A calm, simple interface that stays out of your way.
- A warm dark mode that's easy on the eyes at night.

Crane & Bloom supports the way you write and learn — on paper and on screen.

Please note
- Due to iOS limitations, alarms and ambient sounds don't play while the app is in the background. You'll get a notification instead.
- In FaceDown mode the app keeps running with the screen dimmed, so sounds and alarms play as usual.
