Not user friendly, complicated, bugs out, and not refined. This developers of this must have never tried this app. I’d highly recommend to the developers to try the competitors apps and than see how bad this one is. ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible *2026-05-28, version 2.233* Complete garbage, such a headache to use. 0 stars if I could ### 1/5 — Terrible can’t even sign in! *2026-04-15, version 2.232* Trying to sign in using my username and also my dlrsecured log in and it keeps saying it’s invalid. I even get the verification code to my email and type it in and says invalid! Tried this 5-10 times it will not work. Super disappointing because I can’t respond through CRM on my phone while I’m out and about. Extremely hard to find your own clients. Can’t follow up properly through the App. I don’t even know why this exist! So many issues with it, it’s easier to list the positives…..using this app is like navigating through a maze that has nothing but dead ends. No matter how cheap they will sell you this product. (Dealership owned by a different group paid 5-6K a month.)
