## What is Focus Habits?

A habit tracker built for ADHD brains, and for anyone who finds routines hard.

Big colorful cards. One tap to check off. No guilt when life gets in the way. Focus Habits keeps your day simple, so you can actually stick with it.

ONE TAP AND DONE
• Check off a habit with a single tap
• Count habits you do several times a day, like 8 glasses of water
• Focus timer habits, like reading for 10 minutes, with a Live Activity on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island and a Done button

A DAY THAT MAKES SENSE
• Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Anytime sections
• Schedule each habit for the weekdays you choose
• Ready-made templates: take meds, drink water, plan your top 3, focus session, 10-minute tidy, phone away by 10 PM and more
• Night owl? Choose when your new day starts

NO GUILT, EVER
• Rough day? Tap "Rest today" and your streak stays safe
• With Pro, streak freezes cover up to 2 missed days a month
• Gentle reminders that never nag

CHECK OFF FROM ANYWHERE
• Interactive Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets: check off habits without opening the app
• A one-habit widget for the habit that matters most
• Siri and Shortcuts: just say "Complete Drink water in Focus Habits"

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Current streak and best streak
• 30-day completion rate and week view
• Monthly calendar (Pro)

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Everything stays on your device. No account, no ads, no tracking.
• Works offline
• Export a backup whenever you want (Pro)

FOCUS HABITS PRO
Free: up to 3 habits. Pro unlocks unlimited habits, streak freezes, your full history with the monthly calendar, and backup. Choose monthly, yearly with a 1-week free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Focus Habits is a habit tracker, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat ADHD.
