Create a Focus Item, choose how long you want to work, and begin. Once a session starts, everything else disappears so you can stay with the task in front of you.

Save the things you want to move forward, even when you are not ready to start yet. When it is time to work, choose a Focus Item and start a focused session in seconds.

FOCUS WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS

During an active session, Focus Item removes unrelated controls and tasks from the screen. You only see what you are working on, your timer, and the controls you need.

QUICK TIMER OR STOPWATCH

Start immediately without creating a task, or connect your session to a Focus Item.

• Start a 5, 10, or 25-minute focus session
• Set a custom duration
• Use the Stopwatch for open-ended work
• Pause and resume whenever needed

MOVE WORK FORWARD

Finishing a session does not mean the task must be finished.

After each session, choose to:

• Continue later
• Complete the Focus Item
• Save an unnamed focus session
• Discard the session
