I like to still see things there but checked off or with a like through. I have used this feature more times than I can remember. Sorted categories with each task, a checkbox, and the notes you added in the “details” or “description” (can’t remember which one 😹) makes this a very handy tool! If this doesn’t convince you, you can set notification reminders and specific due dates/times with a date to auto-bump the task to Urgent & Important. If it’s repeated activity, no problem! It’s got that too! Only noticed a few minor bugs, that I later tested after I downloaded update, and found they were fixed! 5/5. If you’re distracted and wanna turn your calendar and reminders into a single, efficient, fancy shmanchy app? Support gave me instructions to “fix” sync that ended up wiping out all my data. No app should make it THAT easy to destroy countless hours of organizing. I am losing my tasks because of Synchronization bug. It continues. My mobile app still logs out periodically, which forces me to choose between data from the server or data from this mobile device. I am working with tasks on a laptop and on an iPhone. If you can't simply fix the bug, please add a big red bar at the top of the app when user are logged out, and state there that data from this device is not synced anymore. So users will not make any updates until I log in again. It is extremely frustrating to rely on this application and have all data entered corrupted. I wrote about this bug a year ago, developer said they fixed it, but in fact it is not. ### 1/5 — Saw ads and I immediately deleted this app *2025-03-28, version 2.0* When I open the app for the first time after downloading, I saw ads and immediately deleted this app. As a small business owner, I’m about my business and not being distracted by your ads hovering and video flickering at the bottom of the page while I try and concentrate on my entries. ### 1/5 — Does not sync with BeFocus and other apps *2025-02-18, version 2.0* I bought the app under the impression that it was 1) required to sync Befocus across devices and 2) that it could be used with other reminder or task management apps. In short, complicated isn’t always better. I like Focus Matrix because it does its job of helping me categorize and prioritize tasks simply but powerfully. The best tool for the job is the one that gets used the most often.
