And she asked me to fill out a form I had filled out a week prior. Huge waste of money. ### 3/5 — Caution ! Its good but also headache *2024-03-06, version 3.10.0* March•2024 - 7 month ex subscriber. Other then a decent app, that helps. 3 major issues. 1. Canceling : Your Therapist can guide you to the in app email system. You write Cancel subscription & message that you no longer need the therapy ect. Easy right. Nope ! The Con: sent cancel email & my app being cleared info cause my cancel. But the kicker ! 0 replies back 2 months of automated subscription fee being pulled outta my bank still ! Not using the service. HUGE CAUTION HERE FOLKS! 2. Clearly from one support contact & canceling system sucks ! Needs a better system ! 3. If you looking for a Diagnoses like AD HD / OCD / Anxiety / Stress ect. They can not do this they can only give you survey test and general professional opinion. Other then that awesome . I love text therapy!! *2021-12-22, version 2.32.0* So I tried text therapy and I absolutely LOVE IT!! Sometimes I feel overwhelmed with emotions in the moment but texting my therapist when I feel this way is super calming. Lots of diverse CANADIAN therapists to choose from and I started text therapy the day I signed up. I’m going to start doing video therapy as well with the therapist I’ve been messaging - I can’t wait! ### 5/5 — Diverse Canadian mental health professionals! *2020-05-06, version 1.0.12* I only had one session so far but I love the variety of professionals from different cultures and different backgrounds. It is diverse and I look forward to more sessions in the future. There are so many apps available from the USA. I’m so glad that I was able to find one made for Canadians by Canadians. I like that I was able to see the list of professionals and read their description to find a match prior to purchasing through the app. I also like that I could choose my own therapist. I’ve looked at other apps and the vast majority doesn’t let you see the names or profile of their therapists until you’ve handed your credit card information. They also match you with a therapist. You don’t get to choose. They’re also American and the culture component is so important when it comes to therapy.
