## What is Focus One?

Built for ADHD brains that freeze when they see a to-do list.

Focus One is an ADHD planner and simple, minimal to-do app that shows you ONE task at a time — full screen, impossible to ignore. No endless lists. No complicated setup. Just the next thing.

HOW IT WORKS
• Brain dump your tasks (messy is fine)
• AI helps prioritize tasks and picks what matters most right now
• You see one task → do it → tap Done → get the next one

If you ever think “I don’t know what to do first” - this is built for that.

TOO HARD RIGHT NOW (NO GUILT)
Some tasks feel impossible in the moment.
Other todo apps punish you with overdue badges, streaks, and red numbers.

Focus One has a “Too Hard Right Now” button:
• Tap it to move the task out of the way
• Keep momentum without shame

EXECUTIVE DYSFUNCTION FRIENDLY TASK BREAKDOWN
Big tasks can trigger task paralysis.
Tap to break a task into tiny steps you can actually start, like:
• “Put 3 dishes in the sink”
• “Open the email draft”
• “Find the phone number”

ONE-TASK MODE (ANTI-OVERWHELM)
You only see one task at a time.
No scrolling. No choosing between 30 options. No decision fatigue spiral.

ADHD TIMER
Pick a focus session: 15, 25, or 50 minutes.
Breaks include ADHD-friendly resets like:
• Box breathing
• Quick stretches
• Grounding exercises

WHAT YOU WON’T FIND HERE
• No tagging systems
• No calendar integrations
• No complex templates
• No streaks
• No guilt mechanics
• No 42 settings to maintain

### 5/5 — A great simple app for ADHD management

*2026-02-11*

This is a really fantastic app for keeping track of tasks. It is a lot simpler than other apps on the market which is by no means bad, in fact I think it’s better. There are less things to get distracted by. The interface is clean. I can’t wait to see how it evolves. Highly recommended

### 5/5 — This has a lot of potential!

*2026-02-04*

There’s some things here and there to improve but the core functionality for ADHD task planning works, works well, is intuitive, and comes in a visually pleasing package. Looking forward to more.
