## What is Focus One?

Focus One is a simple focus timer for people who want to start one task, stay with it, and reduce mental clutter.

Choose what you will do now, set a timer, and begin. The app keeps the screen quiet so you can return to the one thing in front of you.

The settings screen lets you choose the app language, so the app can be localized to the language you select.
