## What is Focus or Else?

Focus or Else is a minimalist Pomodoro timer designed to help you stay focused and finish what you start.

Choose a task. Start a session. Stay with it.

The app offers two focus styles:

• Else Polite – supportive reminders
• Else Unleashed – more direct accountability

Track your sessions, build streaks, earn XP, and monitor your progress over time. Your history shows completed sessions and early exits, so you can clearly see your consistency.

Focus or Else uses a direct and honest tone to keep you accountable. The messages are firm, but they are never abusive, discriminatory, or harmful. The app does not target personal traits, identity, or sensitive characteristics.

The goal is simple: challenge you to stay focused — not to put you down.
