## What is Focus Pact?

Focus Pact: App Blocker is for people who are tired of losing the important parts of their day to the dopamine loop.

Choose a daily lock window, select the apps that usually pull you off track, and let the app shield them during your commitment period. You can protect the first 30 minutes after waking up or choose your own daily focus window.

The idea is simple. Make the promise before temptation shows up.

Features:

1. Morning lock or custom daily lock.
2. App selection through Apple Screen Time controls.
3. Active lock screen with remaining time.
4. Accountability buddy invite and acceptance.
5. One early quit receipt to your accepted buddy if you break a live lock.
6. Completion and escape history.
7. Clear setup status for Screen Time, app selection, schedule, notifications, and accountability.
