It does help you focus, keep you motivated and rewards you for being productive. And it's nice that you added a feature for sleeping, but there is something I would change. In the sleeping feature, you basically, as long as you sleep at least 5 hours and you wake up around the time you have set for yourself, you receive something for your sleeping session (I'm not 100% sure what because I have used this feature very little so far). And I honestly don't get this: why is this feature, that could have a lot of potential in helping people fix their sleeping schedules, focusing on the hour you're WAKING UP? Wouldn't it make more sense to focus on the hour you're GOING TO BED? I feel like that's where the issue lies for most people, especially me, and I would have loved it to focus on the bedtime instead of the hour you're waking up at, and for me it would probably help me tremendously to fix my sleep schedule. Overall the app is really nice, but pleaseee please change this feature, I think people need more help going to bed at the right hour instead of waking up at the right hour. ### 3/5 — I really want to be using this but… *2026-07-07, version 4.5.1* So I work best when I can listen to music. And I really would like to be using this app to eliminate distractions while I get work done. But it shuts down any music I have playing the moment I try to use it and the clock noises actually don’t help me focus.
