Eine sehr gute Alternative und mit richtiger Kalibrierung auch sehr verlässlich. Dennoch könnte ein ramping zwischen den fokus Punkten das gesamte etwas abrunden. Der focus agiert sehr hektisch und für den Film look wäre ein weicherer Übergang besser. Dennoch bin ich mir der App sehr zufrieden und kann sie empfehlen. ### 3/5 — Focus puller *2022-10-25, version 1.1* One of the life saving app I have ever download, soon going to purchase this, but you guys have to improves the interface of the app, it has to be similar to to bmpcc 6k interface or something like Snapseed app or mobile app light room Thank you for this and please improve more and make it more stronger. It’s properly connected via Bluetooth and nothing happens when I pull focus. Do I need to purchase the paid version for it to work? Seems like a basic functionality problem. Also, you can’t record video using this app unless you buy the full version for $12.99. Honestly, we’ll worth the price if it worked properly. Hopefully this glitch will be fixed in a later version so I can try it out. **Developer response:** Paul, I'm sorry to hear you're having problems. I've just tested this functionality on two iPhones and two iPads and couldn't re-create your problem. I try to change the focus value and nothing changes on my camera. It’s very frustrating. Please let me know if there’s a fix as I spent the money and would love to use this app. **Developer response:** Hi there, I have tested this app with Panasonic Lumix lenses (focus by wire) and a Sigma Art lens (18-35, f1.8) connected to a BMPCC 4K using a Metabones 0.71x and they work as expected. If you go to the app website and leave a comment telling me your setup and I will investigate. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2022-12-23* I love the AB focus pulls. However, I don’t know if it’s my Sigma 18-35 or the app but most of the time the focus pull is far from accurate. Set a good A or B point, then hit the play to focus and it is way out of focus. But then sometimes it works. Also, the lidar reports wildly different distances (iphone 13 pro max.). Ill focus on something 6 meters away, focus on something closer then go back to the 6 meters and it’ll say it’s 1.5 meters or 8 meters or 4 meters. This is pointing at a focus sheet. The AB pull might be worth it if you have time to set it up several times in order for it to start working correctly. The one remaining issue is that the pull is instant. There is no option for a slow, cinematic pull. The tech in this app has some promise but right now it’s not worth the purchase price or, really, free. ### 3/5 — This app could be five stars, but it's not quite there yet *2024-09-18* I am SERIOUSLY urging the developer of this app to return to this app and upgrade a few things here and there Using the camera for face detection (similar to the DJI lidar system), allowing for you to virtually offset the point that the focus is looking at in 3D space, essentially allowing you to place the lidar without needing it to be exactly parallel with the lens to function properly, and maybe a more guided calibration process obviously that's a lot to develop, but I would seriously be willing to pay upwards not $100 for an app that does that stuff, easily. **Developer response:** Hi, It's been a long time coming but the app now has subject tracking, guided calibration and focus smoothing. За бесплатно ты получаешь реально рабочий фоллоу фокус с маркерами и возможностью быстро по ним скакать. У меня BMPCC4K и Sigma 18-35, у которой есть привод фокуса, благодаря чему я могу какое-то время поэкономить с фоллоу. Essentially adds autofocus within a 15 foot range to BM cameras when paired with an iPhone with Lidar. Perfect for gimbal shots! ### 4/5 — Incredible app *2023-09-17* You can spend several hundreds of dollars and get a dedicated LiDAR device, or $12 and get this. It’s as simple as that. This app is certainly a little rough around the edges, but now means I can enjoy perfectly tracked dolly or Steadicam shots where before I needed to have a dedicated focus puller on the shoot. ### 4/5 — iPhone 11 *2023-01-07, version 1.1* I have IPhone 11 iOS 16 It will not let me see the image on my phone to set it up.
