## What is Focus Reset?

The task is open. You know what to do. Your attention is still somewhere else.

Focus Reset is a one-minute visual reset for the moment between distraction and focused work.

Look softly at one center. Stay with it as the visual field changes. Close your eyes for the final moments. Then move straight into the work you chose to do.

Use Focus Reset:
• after messages, email, meetings, or scrolling
• before writing, studying, planning, coding, or other focused work
• when you are ready to work but have not quite started

No feed. No streaks. No endless content.

Focus Reset is not a meditation course or another productivity system. It is a short, deliberate transition into the work you already chose to do.

WHAT YOU GET
• One-minute Focus Bloom visual reset
• Violet Mist halo
• Optional completion chime
• Optional focus timer after your reset
• Simple reset history
• Optional reminder to help you begin

FOCUS RESET PRO
Make the reset your own with:
• 1:30 and 2:00 reset durations
• Aurora Teal and Smoked Sapphire halo themes
• Ocean Drift and Soft Air ambience
• 30-day history insights and patterns

No pressure to stay in the app. The reset ends so your work can begin.

One minute. One center. Then begin.
