## What is Focus?

Focus is a simple, free app blocker that helps you make time for what matters.

Choose the apps you want to block, set a duration, and start a focus session. Follow your remaining time with a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island on supported iPhones.

Take a timed pause when you need a break, then let Focus resume blocking. Save your favorite app lists and view your focus statistics on your device.

Focus works entirely on your device. No account, ads, analytics, subscriptions, or internet connection required. Your app selections and focus history stay on your device.

Focus uses Apple's Screen Time access to block the apps you choose. Live Activities are optional.
