## What is Focus Sprint?

Focus Sprint is a short, repeatable warm-up for moments when you want to get your attention moving.

Choose the 90-second quick warm-up or the roughly three-minute standard warm-up before studying, taking a test, or starting focused work. The app combines four short task formats:

Reaction Warm-up: respond to a visual cue.
Symbol Match: remember a symbol-number map and choose the matching answer.
Visual Search Sprint: find a target among distractors.
Split Attention Focus: track central and peripheral information together.

Use the quick routine when you need a brief reset, or complete the standard routine when you want to check all four tasks. A four-week plan suggests one four-minute set on three days each week.

After each round, see accuracy, average response time, personal bests, max combo, and per-task percentile context. Use the records to compare your own performance across sessions. Online leaderboard entries are based on anonymous records; the core tasks and device records work without an account.

Focus Sprint is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or ADHD treatment. Research references describe task structures and training ideas; the app does not guarantee improved concentration, grades, test scores, or work performance.
